Bowled with the Seniors today. As usual, I use this for practice. Especially since I have refitted my arsenal to all 15# balls. Started on freshly oiled lanes with my Cell Pearl and it did well, 234. I continued with that ball, but had spare trouble in game 2. Went X X 9- X X 9/ X X 9- O for a 180 something.
Switched to my Xtreme Damage and had some fun stringing strikes. Started with the front 6 and finished with 251.
I am getting the hang of the lighter weight, and am using less muscle with the 15# balls. It takes concentration. But, this experiment is working.

Good day today. Practiced some. Shot 1 games of 7-10s and then I shot a 140 something before that. The three games I was taking seriously 570 206-200-164. First time I shot 200 was last weekend. So I not only set my high to 206 but I shot back to back 200s and my high series.

Mixed day of practicing today. 245-169-200, 614. The first 9 frames of the first game I was "dead-eye", practicing what I learned a couple days ago, hitting my mark consistently. Struck 8 out of 9 frames - and then I started to over-think things, and the last two games I really struggled to find the consistency I had earlier.
I also was slow to move when I lost my line. Need to work on that for sure.
170, 181, 175 for a 526 series. I was over average. Lost the first 2 to my opponent cause he tossed a 267 and a 255 at me. Even getting 34 pins...I didn't have much of a chance. He never moved, changed speed or switched balls for the first 2 games. I never found the right line till the end of the 3rd game. The shot changed during practice and I kept moving to keep up with it after that.

Well done NNBowling, not a bad couple of weeks u are having.. Took me ages to get back to back 200's!!
159,172,202,240,284,178,215..1450 over 7 games 207 ave. Found a nice steady line (eventually), and fortunate to carry well tonight...
Have same problem wklstoy in regards to finding a line that works best... Its hard because I always think, that it must be a technical aspect from myself, as to why ball isn't carrying well, or path of the ball has become too wide.. I always try and over think, when I should perhaps try another line much earlier.. First two games, struggling, and I find that I put pressure more on my spare game to try and get the ship running straight again so to speak.. Third game moved half a board inside, threw it a bit slower, then last 4 of 5 200 plus games...
PS If u are looking at improving your cardiovacular endurance, and also improve the waist line, may I suggest as a workout, 7 games within an hour and a half, during the evening after your dinner... If my knees and wallet could handle this, I'd be doing this every day...
