Went bowling last night. Realized towards one of the later games that I was slighly resisting the ball falling from the push away, so having a further backswing has been helping. The ball I use there is an Ebonite magnum 11, with an okay grip.

Ill post a price from the Pro Shop for the bash once he calls me back.

Pro Shop guy called me during lunch, said for getting the clash or the bash with drilling is about $190 canadian. Hed have to double check, as he didnt have his catalogue with him.

His recommendation of what he got from me, is to go with the clash.

Both balls are $83 US on the internet with a $129 list price.
Add shipping of $15
Drilling and grips and thumb slug of $35-50. $75 for an internet ball.

Your price seems a bit high.

He should come down.

Tell him the price should be $149 US. You convert.

He asked me how much i saw it for on the net. I told him $80. He said to just be careful as the tax and shipping would abviously add up (said shippin could be 30-40) also mentioned duties as well (it would cross the border). I was talking last night with a worker at the alley i know. He said he believed the Pro Shop sold the clash/bash for around 150.

Well i got my ball, i played about 5 games with it today. The manager at the alley i know gave me some tips, and i wanted your feedback on it. He suggests when doing the push away, backswing, and forward swing, to keep the hand cupped, so its align with the forearm and the rest of the arm. I currently let the gravity keep my wrist loose, (kind of how your common bowler plays straight ball) and then I get a bit behind it on the foward swing before release. My only concern with cupping the hand/wrist is that it will tighten my muscles, causing resistance & inconsistency in the backswing. Thanks everybody.
