I like my quad roller. It splits up in to two duals. And lifting those into the back of the cab of the truck is about as much lifting as I want to do on a frequent basis. Erin

I've been thinking about getting the Vacu-grips. My fingers change sizes during the change of seasons and I have to then change the inserts to allow for it. That gets to be a pain and going to the Vacu-grip would eliminate the problem. I know of seve

I hold the ball about chest high, speed my feet up a bit, and drop the ball to the bottom of my swing on the third step rather than focusing a whole lot on a pushaway. This gives the ball a natural backswing height rather than me having to help it a

I went practicing today, and someone bowling with me was asking me why I was snapping my wrist. I was taught to snap my wrist at the end of the release to get revs. But is this wrong? also. CoachJim, when I am bowling, it feels like I have to grip t

I use the dishwasher on my balls and haven't had any problems so far. I personally don't use soap. I don't think it's necessary. The heat sucks out the oil and at that heat it will wash away fine without any extra help. Plus, as the oil seeps out

I haven't noticed much of a change in my Cell. I can't tell you how many games I've used it, but still goes strong. I've had it since mid January just to give you an idea of the time it's been a part of my arsenal. It definitely needs some oil, an

Yea, I'm just not ready to take it into league yet. I'm putting up good numbers as it is. I'm thinking when I start having problems with my wrist I'll begin to make the change. Thanks everyone!

I agree. I want to progress my game but it seems the only thing I can do to bowl a decent game with a house ball is throw the old straight shot. I should have my own ball in a few weeks though. Until then, ughh...

If you look down at the boards on the lane, there is board that is much narrower than the rest, the filler board. It is right along the gutter on the left, essentially the narrow 39 board. Stand on it and throw a straight or a hooking ball anywhere b

What is happening is that you are pushing the ball a little bit too far to the right before dropping the ball into your backswing. There is about a 2 inch gap between your ball and where it passes by your body. Assuming that you are pushing the ball

With the cg that far to the left you are probably limited to the drilling patterns on hammer's sheet, otherwise you are looking at having to put a weight hole on the Negative side of the ball to make it legal. If you want that mass bias location you
