The weight of the ball should be in your non bowling hand,(left hand for right handers), at the start lift the ball up slightly, then turn the weight of the ball from the left hand to the right hand and drop it into the swing.

I hear you about lifting these things in and out of your truck. I guess it beats carrying them on your shoulder every where you go like I've been doing during the last year. My problem is that I want to bring all my favorite balls with me every time

Here'e the basic techinque for drilling vacu-grips without using Vice's green inserts for the bottom for the hole. Use 1 1/32 bit instead of the usuall 31/32 bit. Drill down an inch. Change to 31/32 bit, and drill to 1 3/4 inches deep. Use an insert
