Try it, don't ask us, just do it and see for yourself. What if it works for you and someone here says it wont and you never try it until years from now. Bowling is all about experimentation with different swing paths, timing, releases ball speeds, lane angles, equipment, don't be afraid to try anything, the worst that can happen is it doesn't work, but you might see what it might be good for.
