I want to buy a 3-ball tote bag (with wheels) but according to bowlingball.com none of them have shoe pockets. I just want to ask, for those people that only bring 3 balls to the lanes, how do you carry your shoes and accessories? Thanks.

A regular 3-ball roller has shoe and accessory pockets. What you are describing is more for bringing extra equipment. I just went to the site and found a bunch of three ball rollers that even say can hold up to men's size 15 shoes.

Oh, I see. Thanks.

What do you think about Daytona Sports-brand bowling bags? Has anyone had any experiences with them?

I had a Brunswick 3 ball roller that served me well. I treat things roughly, and the handle ended up breaking under warranty - I was just too lazy to have it fixed. It easily had as much room in its 2 pockets as my new 6 ball Storm rolling thunder has in all of its.

What model is it? Do you have a link for it on bowlingball.com or bowling.com or Buddies Pro Shop?

get this.. I have it.. the shoe and accessory pouches snap and velcro on and off.. not sure how well they stay as I don't use them with my tote.. it is a great back though..

Those tote bags are mostly for tournament play where you have to go from one lane to the next in crowded areas. Players already have their shoes on. So no need for a place in the bag for shoes.

But if you want this tote there are shoe bags. Most people tie the two together and throw them around their necks. But there are inline three ball bags with wheels that do have shoe compartments.

Oh, I see. I guess I just need a bag for everyday play instead. JW, I saw that Storm bag you were talking about and it looks really good. Definitely going to put it on my watch list.

BTW, what's with all those SpamURL things?

blocked by the website..

why did you want to go with a tote style instead of a more conventional 3 ball bag?? The tote is a good bag but I don't think it would hold up as well as say a KR 3 ball bag for everyday league..like said by atochabsh.. An inline 3 ball bag has shoes compartment and other compartments.. the wheels are more sturdy and it has a real pull out handle instead of a pull strap.
