Just a couple thoughts, take them with a grain of salt. I think your elbow should be further back in your stance. It's already near the front of your chest which is where it would ideally be prior to dropping the ball into the swing. The other thing is you seem to be rushing the shot once you get going. You didn't fall off the shot though, so if you normally post your shot like that maybe it's not a bad thing. Otherwise, I would suggest you move up on the approach some so you can slow down.
Again, these things may not really be bad for your game, but when you're practicing, maybe try different things. You never know when you'll find something that works better.

Find a high school football stadium and run up and down the stairs (at a leisurely pace) for about 15 minutes at a time. Your bowling will improve. or take two single-ball bowling bags and walk up and down flights of stairs with them. Same deal. or put 30 pounds in a backpack and walk about 2 miles.
and don't forget to stretch....
(no kettlebells this time...)

Adam, I think another thing that could help the rushing to the line that was brought up earlier would be not only scooting forward some on the approach to get you to take smaller steps, but also lower the ball in your setup. Your ball is at your chin, or shoulder height, I think it might be more controlled if you brought it down to lets say your belly button. Keep the ball at a lower pace in the swing and it won't force you to run quite so much.
Otherwise I think you are fine as far as just getting back into the swing of things. Just a quick observation.
