Does anybody have any info about the "Dutchmen" Tournament? Where, when, etc? A link would be great. When I google it, all I can find is an address. Thanks!

Yep all you need is a 6 bagger and then YUM!
I swear though it is almost as hard to shoot the strike for the meat as it is to toss a 300, especially if scores are down that day, if scores are up, everyone is getting strikes and the bologna is almost extinct, but when scores are low, people come around and start chanting "Meat Meat Meat" and it can get a bit unnerving.
I always had fun bowling in that tournament and recommend it to anyone within driving distance to Hershey PA, tons of good food and good times. My teammates are bowling this weekend, I wish I could be there with them.

So, I finally got to bowl in the Dutchman Baloney tournament this past weekend. Had a blast! Went with a bunch of guys from Terrace Lanes in Frederick, MD. It was almost like the entire Wednesday night league showed up to bowl. Bowled team event on Saturday, singles and doubles on Sunday.
There were 300 games both days and plenty of baloney to go around. Threw my first six-bagger to earn a baloney log in game 1 on Saturday, and then again on game 3 on Sunday. Honey flavored baloney, yum! Shot around 875 team (4 games), 718 singles and 688 doubles (3 games each).
Clearview Lanes were interesting - synthetic heads, wood backends. 8 pins and 9 pins seemed to occur more frequently than corner pins. Nice shot at both lanes. Lanes transitioned quickly on the wood at Clearview, so I was moving after nearly every shot in game 4. The shot held up better at Palmyra, but ran into a little over/under as the oil carried down a bit.
Overall, a great experience, and hoping for a check in the mail when the tournament concludes in July. Already looking forward to next year.

I'm looking forward to the dutchman next year also. I loved the transition from Synthetic to wood. There was more pin action in that house than I've ever seen. I stoned a lot of 8 pins after I came out firing the first game with a 234.
I only shot a 710 over four games because I kinda choked after the first game but I did cover my book from the previous year. The second house I bowled in for the singles and doubles was really tough. I averaged a 196 in doubles and the lanes were burnt to a crisp. I had a great time though.
