You were bowling two handed were you not? I just assumed that would be classified as goofing off.

assume..... nice

im thinking that goofing off would be 2 balls on a lane, and throwing over chairs, not picking up spares with two hands. Jason Belmo goofs off all the time!

If you don't plan on using 2 hands to pick up your spares regularly, then you're not practicing. What's it called when you're supposed to be practicing, but you're not?

It's fine to have fun. When I'm bowling with friends, I usually just shut down and have fun. Let's face it, most people don't want to hang out with you when you're putting all of your effort into practice, because you will not be a super fun person to hang around, especially if they are not into bowling as a sport. And yes, you can shoot high scores having fun. But don't call it practice if you're not practicing, and don't ask for people who have spent a lot of time and money honing their coaching skills to evaluate your fun time.

Having fun is good. Keeps you interested in the sport. When it becomes work and not fun, your in trouble. That being said, there is a time for fun and a time for practice. Give yourself a set amount of games when score counts, or you work on ONE part of your game at a time for the whole game. As posted before, it looks as if you need to work on "posting you shot". If you can't finish you shot and stay there balanced on the slide foot, watching the ball path and reaction, you are not going to get very far. Your approach is more important than your release. Get the post down solid and then you can get to the next step.
POST EVERY SHOT, until then you don't need any thing else to work on.

Then tell us, what were you working on in the video, so we can critique it?

i was told to work on where i start the ball, and thats what i was doing, dropping it into the swing, starting it closer to my body, compared to my last video, i am starting the ball alot closer to my body and not as far out.

A quick note, as you seem to be getting frustrated. If you are practicing one thing and want us to critique it, then just clip out a couple shots.

We are not trying to get on your case but when we have to sift through 20 minutes of randomized shots (2 handed and so forth) it takes a lot of time out of our day. Its nothing personal, have fun but still pay attention to what you are working on, and thowing two handed I assume is not it. If you have a fun game its fine but don't add it to your video for us to critique.
