LOL you remind me of myself, as I also lean most of my upper body over the foul line during release (but with little knee bend). I'm not sure that's a good thing, though. Also, you missed that 10 pin by almost half the lane! Is that how you usually shoot spares?

Well like I said Im still getting the hang of bowling. I rushed that shot.. But I can usually get the 10 pin 50% of the time. smirk

I you could probably bend your knees a moreso you don't have to bend over so much. This in turn will help with your balance (which is important for a two-hander because you don't have a balance arm to use) and put more energy into the ball either by increase in speed or revs.

Also (im not sure if you might be comfortable with this) try using your left arm not only as a brace for holding and controlling the ball but to create more revs.
Think of your style as throwing a Yo-yo, the more flick of the wrist the more power
and maybe practice spares a little more

I think overall your biggest problem is just being rigid. You look like you are trying to force your body into something that it is uncomfortable doing. Almost robot like. Let your body, swing, and timing just flow. Bowl like you walk, no thought about how to do it, just do it.

Actually, It doesn't really feel like that at all... =/ It is the most comfortable for me... And I get the most control that way too.. I just started bowling with my thumb so that may be why it looks like that.. I just started doing that last week.. I used to bowl like Belmo.. But then talked to a USBC coach "Cassidy Shaub" and he said that belmo is awesome but its so much harder to catch on to his style.. And he also told me that if I started using my thumb it would be so much easier to hit my mark, and I would have more accuracy.. So that may be why..

Oh.. Also I started throwing a 15 lb ball too.. It is my friend hammer vicious... I was throwing my coach/ family friends ball, hammer black widow pearl but it was only 12 lbs.... I figured I might as well start getting used to the 15lb

using your thumb will cut down on the revs you get, which is good. It will also help you control your ball better and be more accurate. You may want to take a simple straight approach at the 10 pin with a plastic ball.

I wish I had a plastic ball... I used to throw completly strait.. but Cass told me not to do that it will throw off my 2 handed approach timing... But I need a plastic ball, and in order to get that.. I need a job. =/ I should have one soon.. Lol... And I can really tell how much more accurate I am with my thumb.. I threw one gutter in 3 games... And thats cause my hand was sweaty and the ball stuck to my hand and rolled 2 mph all the way down the gutter. XD
