I had a blast this past weekend. I bowled in three ladies team events in the city tournament here in Columbus, Ohio. Last Sunday though I shot a 715 scratch series in the team event in the same tournament. Yesterday I bowled in 1 team event and shot only 611. Then the next day I subbed in one team event and shot 628. And my last squad in the team event I shot a whopping 678. My lowest game in that set was 214. And I also decided to get into the money brackets and got into two of them. I won both of them and made 50 dollars. I was very consistant and in a good mental zone. There were some times that my mind went out to lunch and tried for strikes and fortunately I caught myself doing it and was able to correct it. And the way I could tell was my timing started to get away from me a little. I had to remind myself to stop trying so hard and to calm down and take it one shot at a time. And to not pay attention to scores or anybody else. I kept looking at my Earl Anthony Picture just as a reminder of what would Earl do and before you know it I was back on track. What an awesome weekend that i'm so exhausted and will sleep well tonight. thumbsup smile laugh wink

Good going Mary. You were in "the zone". Your Pro caliber talent is emerging with every outing. Happy bowling.
