Just bowled my first tournament ever... My local house has a Independance day weekend 3,6,9 tourney... we play 4 games across 8 lanes.. 1 game per pair.... I rolled in the first squad and was playing the WRONG shot... Talked to the owner after and found out that the shot they put down was a totally different that the normal house shot which I was unaware of... the entire first round I was playing my normal line and couldnt get any hook at all after finding out that it was a differnt pattern I switched up and bowled the second squad and bowled 243, 243, 250, 264...4 game series 1000 I am currently sitting in first place I will update you all when the weekend is over

I ended up taking third... took home about 220 bucks... not bad for what i consider my hobby... the scores that beat me were 1154 and an 1100 so not bad at all i dont think anyway.... now I just get to reinvest the money in a new ball... any recomendations LOL later guys
