Here are a few things I noticed that I think I would at least be aware of:
1- I think your first two steps are to long, the tempo looks OK but you are really extending yourself there.
2- Your push away is really extended and its causing you to bend over way to much at the waist. This is causing you to get your body in front of your feet, killing all your leverage at the line. This is also putting you in slightly late timing making you pull the ball through the swing.
3- I think your thrid step would be better if you made it a little longer. This step is setting you up for your power step so you need enough room to keep your feet under you as you coil up in your next step. I think its so short because of the excessive body tilt created in the previous step.
4- Your power step is about the right length but I think the tempo gets a little to fast in 3-4-5. You push off of your big toe side which is good, although because of the body tilt being so far forward it causes your slide foot to plant and your entire body has to turn in order to maintain balance at the line.
5- You are getting taller at the line, again probably all predicated by that lean brought out in your 2-3 steps. This is because your slide foot is sticking (too much weight in front of the foot) and your body has to "pop" up in order to transfer momentum. This is killing all the leverage you are building in that power step.
In my opinion the thing I would concentrate on changing first is your body tilt. I would think more lowering the hips, rather than lowering the chest. If you get that down it should smooth out a lot of the little things in your game that are affected by this. I think the really pushed forward push away is what causes that lean so shorten that and then focus on staying more upright. Other than that there is no glaring faults, I think you will be much more consistant if you can fix your body position going to the line.
