What are the effects of having the CG that close to the vertical midline. Obviously thi smeans there isn;t much side wieght, and with the addition of a weight hole, would that negate what side weight WAS there prior to the weight hole. looks like this ball is all finger-weight. What does that imply?

With the other dynamics at play in balls these days, static weights have no significant impact on ball motion. Again, if the CG determines that a weight hole has to be put in a certain place, so that it takes out a certain part of the core, that weight hole will affect the motion of the ball. But, the static weights won't.
