So far my final four are still in it.

I wanna see PDV vs. BV for the title.

I have been a die-hard Brian Voss fan since he was Player Of The Year back in 1988, his style and his matinee-idol looks attracted me to take up bowling seriously back then. Also the love of my life for the past 20 years, Alice Yantz, was bowling in a league back then at the now-defunct Key City Lanes (it closed in 1999) here in Port Townsend, and had been for years, got me into it as well.

We still bowl to this day, only this time at All-Star Lanes in Silverdale, WA, just 40 miles from Port Townsend

I wanna see BV get his Tour card back and make a triumphant return to the Tour, and this is the best opportunity for him to do exactly that.

VOSS IS BOSS!!!

I am watching this on Xtra Frame right now, and these guys are amazing. The matches are Smith v. Carter, and Voss v. Fagan. All 4 look incredible - any one of them could pop off a 300 at any time.

I have always said it was the patterns that make bowling scores so high nowadays. These guys are bowling with plastic on a sport pattern and putting up insane scores. I don't think there's any way around it - pro bowlers today are the best athletes this sport has seen. The older bowlers (Carmen Salvino at least) have been saying it, and now these guys get a chance to prove it.

It's 6 bucks a month to subscribe.

I mean, just look at these scores. Barnes has 279, 279, and the front 7 in game 3. DeVaney is going to lose 3 games, with a 750 set. Fagan has a 279. The Carter/Smith match has a 250ish average.

These guys are amazing.

Belmo is talking now.

That's just insane to be scoring like that with plastic. Barnes as three straight 279 games now winning the third game by 11 pins. DeVaney/Barnes is averaging 267, with one game under 250 and not much at that. Can't wait to see the telecast.

DeVaney tossed a 279 in game 4 just to stay alive. Yeah, reactives are ruining the sport.

For the show
Barnes vs Weber
Carter vs Fagan

Barnes looks unbeatable on this pattern, but he has had problems on TV before. I think Barnes will go against Carter but I'm pulling for Weber vs Fagan for the title.

Fagan

Made the show. Barnes sure looked good tonight. Average 264 for 5 games.

I read that they get to use their own equipment thru qualifying then those four that make the show get the same plastic balls to drill and surface the way they want.

Plastic was used for the round of 64 on up. Bowlers used their own equipment for the TQR.
