anyone use them for wrist strengthening/rehabilitation?

http://powerballs.com a doctor friend of mine recommended it to me when i talked to him about my wrist still being weak after tearing a tendon.

I use mine every day, and it's excellent exercise for your wrist. I imagine a lot of my wrist strength comes from using it on a daily basis. I can get mine up to about 15.5k RPMs

I use something similar to the powerball. I love mine. I think it's great for building wrist strength. I don't use it everyday, but I use it on a pretty regular basis.

right now im just doing wrist extensions and flexions with a 55lb dumbbell.

yesterday after working out i had crazy pain in the middle of my hand down into my wrist so im hoping i didn't do anything to cause the same injury.

I just ordered on of them. We'll see if actually builds wrist/arm strength. If so great and it could help me in bowling. If not, it's a geeky enough toy (especially with the built in "speedometer" that I got)that I should be entertained for quite a while rotfl
