So how do I go about analyzing my video's after practice. Beside watching myself bowl over and over and in slow motion on my computer, I really can't pick up much. is there a computer program I need to get or some sort of video editor/controller I should buy?

Why dont you have us analyze it? Go to youtube.com and upload it and then put the coding in the reply box but not the quick reply box.

Everyone will tell you what your doing right and wrong. Then you can try and fix these things next time you go bowling.

Handful, there are some programs that can be used, but for the most part the require a good bit of calibration at the lanes, or they can't tell you much more than you can already see. No one on this site (to my knowledge) uses any of that software. I use windows movie maker to watch frame by frame, then edit the video together and upload it to youtube if I want further analysis here.
