Why so many steps? This will cause him timing and cadence problems, usually when ever he goes into a slump, you will find the problem here.

He needs a longer slide and to create a longer flat spot at the bottom of the swing. His upper body is too far forward and his knees aren't supporting his body weight. This is causing him to release the ball from too high of a position. I would like to see a lower smoother release.

I like his swing alignment, this is the key for his success, it is perfectly in line with his head and target.

I think he took 7 steps. I never saw that and that could get confusing. I wouldnt know what foot to go with next LOL.
