I think that should be pretty close, if your weight hole is directly on your PAP, then 6 3/4 inches from that spot (across the fingers and thumb) should be your
Track lines. I think that puts your
Track in pretty good position as long as there is no
Track line
rolling through the finger or thumb holes.
Also, just thought I would add, there is no such thing as a right axis or tilt, its all predicated on what the lane surfaces are doing. Some times your axis will work great, but there is no guarantee that the same will be true on every pattern you bowl on. The key is to learn more than one release (utilizing different roles) in order to maximize your scoring potential. This is why the PBA members are so great, being able to bowl well no matter the circumstance is a great tool to have.
