I have to say that seeing someone get a 300 is very impressive. I recall looking around the lanes last night at league and seeing an animation (AMF Boss Scoring) for the 10 strikes in a row. I wandered over and watch him deliver # 11. By this time the whole league had gathered by lanes 3 and 4. Watched him deliver #12 and the whole house went banannas. He was the 2nd person to ever shoot a 300 since the center was refurbished. It was very impressive and exciting. ball

Its always great to see the front 9. The crowd starts gathering. Then by the 11th its silent. Kind of tough for the bowler when it comes to pressure. The 10th is always the toughest for me. I have miseed so many 10th strikes! Fun though for sure!!!

I remember when i shot 299, once I had the first eight the guys on the lanes next to you watch you deliver the 9th, get to the 10th and 1/3 of the league is watching, get up for the 11th and 3/4 of the league is watching, and get ready for 12 and 90% off the house is watching. No wonder I went felt weak knees, then bowl right over my target for and put just a tab more lift into it and it drove that hard into the pocket the 9 pin was left standing solid.
