Brandon: If your still sore today, find a good chiropractor in your area. Does the body good.

I bet cg sandbagged the last game. They had such a lead, that he held back to keep his cap up.

Regardless I hope what ever you do fixes it quickly.

A bit off topic, but I had to reply... Icing an injury is good for pain and swelling. Heating an injury promotes healing. Or at least that's what I've read.

I have always heard that you should do both. Ice then heat.

I struggled last night but thanks to a big first game I was able to average 181 on the night and not drop my average any. I had a 544 (219, 176, 149). The last game the ball was taking off and had a lot of nasty splits. Believe it or not that 149 the last game was the high for both teams! Everyone was suffering from pocket splits that last game. On the night 13 strikes, 9 spares, 8 opens, 5 of which were splits. Team wise we are really sinking and went 0-4. All my teammates averaged in the 130's and for the second straight week were all at least 10 pins under their averages. That combined with the other teams 120 average bowler averaging 154 on the night and we did not even come close to winning even 1 game. Hopefully they will break out of their slumps next week.

Hate to be nitpicky, but the acronym is R.I.C.E.

It stands for:

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevate

This is considered the method for treating acute injuries (sprains, etc).

Bowling definitely does not count as rest.... :-P
