I'm definately getting both the Virtual Gravity and the Hy-road. Both of those balls look very, very good. I'm excited for the hy-road, I've never used a hybrid ball before.

You'll love the Hy-Road. It is an amazing ball. I don't have one but one of my friends does and he threw 2 300 games in the same night with it (One against my team and one in his teams make-up set of games) along with two 700+ series. It kills on the medium conditions.

Yeah, Haha, my driller said that someone he drilled the hy-road for already shot a perfect game with it. Sounds like the medium conditon killer. I can't wait.

I tend to get a bowling ball for Christmas so I'll be asking for a Heavy oil ball. I've never had a Storm ball and given the success their releases have been having in the past year, I'm itching to try one of them out. So it seems like the Virtual Gravity would be my choice.

Yeah and since I'm looking for something in Heavy oil, and that being Storm's strongest ball in their line, it should be good for me. And it has a bit of angularity too. The only problem is being assymetric, not sure what I would want for pin to PAP.

I'll be buying this ball tomorrow, and hopefully using it in my two Saturday leagues. I've been waiting for about a month or two for this ball to come out, because it seems to provide versatility which I haven't seen much with Storm lately. Should be a pretty nice "experiment" considering one league (a different house) is very dry and the other is flooded weekly.

I saw this ball Saturday at the Pro Shop. Looks pretty sweet. Has anyone on here thrown one and would care to comment? Thanks, Rags

I bought it last week. The verdict isn't quite out yet. The ball is VERY strong, and can get away from me on the backend...Definately needs oil to perform well and wouldn;t be suited for even medium conditions. But when you get tuned in, this ball can catch fire! All I can say that if you are looking for backend, this si the ball.
Also, if you watch video reviews, you will see this ball is a strong recoverer if you miss your mark right. I found this to be especially true, but if you are on a tight shot and miss left there isn't a whole lot of hope of this ball holding in the oil.
FYI- I drilled this for the typical house shot- 4.75 pin X 5 MB
