I haven't seen this topic discussed on here, so I thought I'd bring it up.

In a nutshell... do you all tip your buddy in the Pro Shop if he/she's someone you've stuck with for a few drills? I'm lucky to have a guy who's very laid back, friendly, honest in his opinion, and willing to share knowledge. On top of that, I believe he does a bang-up job on punching pieces. For that, I always toss him several extra bucks to show my appreciation.

Do you tip? If so, how much?

I do, but just because I'm always telling him how to drill my balls and being a smartass . I need to tip him so he doesn't get fed up.. hehe

I've never tipped mine but I will buy him a beer from time to time.

i haven't, in fact he usually gives me a discount, usually like 10%, he says he does this to "take care of the league bowlers" and, i assume, the repeat customers. Usually, at the same time, i only have enough for the ball, so its kinda hard to send some tips his way at the same time.
