The last couple weeks I've shot right on my average, but I've been leaving alot of pins on the table. This week my stunt was chopping the 3-6-10 in the 10th of both the second and third games. 197-233-223. The spare issues continue... mad brickwall nelson

BTW, it's been very interesting how much the change of seasons has affected the pattern transition in our house. The air has been much cooler and drier for about 3 weeks now, so the track has dried out faster and the backends absolutely fly.

Tim, I asked him that yesterday, cause I stood in the shower under a pulsating spray. He said NO. I have to ice it so blood does not accumulate at the spot. It swells and won't heal.
He then said, "what do athletes do after an outing? ICE"

Made sense to me.

Hey, I must be an athlete!!!!

yeah, my bulging disc likes to cause a lower back sprain a couple times a year. While the heat pad feels wonderful, ice helps me get over it quicker. Helps keep swelling and inflammation down.

I have told my wife to ice it over and over. She still uses the heat pad with the massager.

Terrible Night. Had sore back from falling in bathroom earlier. Just didnt have any consistency with my game. Shot a 523 (158, 225, 140). First game 3 opens. Game 2 got my carry back and only 1 open. Game 3 started off good but a gutter in 4 frame on first ball made me hesitant and got into my head and had 4 staraight opens!

Brandon, take care of that back. I'm going through something similar, and it's not fun.

265 186 157. Guess which game was the only one we won. Yep, game 3. I did a good job of sticking with my game plan (KISS, nothing fancy, simple release, etc), but I just couldn't figure out the transition, and missed some spares I shouldn't have.
