Tonight is my 4th night of league. Second shift at my local bowling alley. The past 3 weeks I have been doing incredibly well. 1st week was a 625, 2nd was a 716, and the 3rd was a 694. I'm averaging in the 220's. I just don't think I'll be able to keep it up! I know I can keep it 200 plus but....220 is a whole different ball game haha. Wish me luck guys...and I wish everyone else luck with their leagues too!

Much better this week than last week. Just first two games i could get lined up i was move here and there and changing ball to find the right combo. Finally last game i found my line. Shot a 590 series not too bad, but could of been better.
Team wise one first and second games. Also took total pins for 5 pts out of 7 pts.

Tonight didn' go as well as last week. 213, 236, and 175. That last game I was missing my mark non stop. I need to improve my accuracy. It wasn't a awful night but I wasn't satisfied.

Dennis, It is just so disappointing. You try and try, take lessons, practice (practice the problem?) read all you can, and ...well..dang. I know I am capable, I have done it before..I just can't get out of this funk. I'll keep at it..but its very defeating after awhile.

611, for what felt like a pretty [censored] set. CoachJim made a good point - I had some good games, and a single bad stretch. 10 straight spare attempts from 8th frame game 1 to 7th frame game 2. Missed 6 of the first 7. That will hurt you.
The good? My bad games used to be 150s and 160s - now they're 180s and 190s. The bad? Spare game.

Hang in there, eraser. I've been in funks before as well and know how frustrating it can be. Just keep in mind that you'll pop out of it and be back to your solid ways eventually. _________
