hi! anyone know the differences between linds sliding soles being fast,smooth,perforated,st. louis, vhs, vhs II.
I currently have a pair of linds exxxtra with vhs soles. The velcro loops are getting stuck in the insert holes, so im having a hard time replacing the used inserts. I got my linds exxxtra shoes used, so im thinking of another pair of linds. Wanted to know what kind of sliding sole is best. I usually dont need much slide for my approach. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
