I want my first Lane Masters bowling ball. I have been working smart/hard in practice with my Black Widow Bite and I think it is time to reward myself. My BWB has about 35 games per week since the first week the BWB came out. I've baked it in my convection oven at home about every two weeks for the last four or five months getting about a table spoon of oil out of it each time. It still seems to be doing fine- but its time.
I want a Lane Masters ball! The two I am considering are the "Terminator" & the "Dynamic Power Particle". I am seeking suggestions & recommendations for these (or others). Also, suggestions & recommendations on how to have the one I purchase drilled up.
I want it dilled for standard medium to medium/heavy house oil. I would like to be able to work on better reading of the break point. I love to throw hard. I still love the down & in shot, but I am getting a little better at playing inside - still don't have the revolutions though. I rarely have a consistent carry or split problem. My problem is nine pin, but it can be any nine.

It is spelled T E R M I N A T O R. Drilled Stacked.
Can't praise this ball enough. But, I am biased. And, I am proud to say, everyone knows it.

Thanks Dennis. I was hoping to hear from you. I would like to see a Video of you bowling sometime. From what I've read here in the past I think we have similar styles - you’re just way better - for now.

John, these balls should have a completely different read on the lane. The Terminator should get more length, where the Dynamic should read the midlane earlier.
One thing that impresses me is the way the Terminator goes right through carrydown. I often go to it late in a match when oil is spread and other balls get squirrelly with over/under. It makes itsown path
But, as i say, I am biased. About 1 out of every 5 bowlers where I bowl have a Terminator. It is not uncommon to find another or 2 on the rack during league.
And, there is little to NO maintenance. It doesn't soak up oil, and cleans up really well. Just make sure you have oil. FYI, there are 2 houses around me where I cannot use it for lack of oil.
If you are looking for a snappier back end, others here have the Sting, which I have been impressed with, and also look into the WCPP.

I just started with my sting a few weeks ago and I'm very impressed with its carry (I've been told by 2 guys on my team that have seen me bowl for years that the carry I'm getting is unbelievable) Now I bowl in probably a med oil house and its great for the first 2 games so now I'm looking at the hornet or buzz for the 3rd game. Far from a down and in player; way out and in

I just picked up my Sting this week. After a few games to get aquainted with it, all I can say is ...WOW. This is my first Lane Masters ball, and so far so good. The carry is great, it hits very hard..it just clears the deck, and its a bit forgiving. If you miss your mark a tad..it roars back. I used mine for all three games last night..bumping left a board or two as the night went on, and I was in the pocket all night.
If the Sting holds up ( as advertised)and don't die off like my Black Widow Bite did, I will,.. in time change to all LM equipment. You can just feel the difference in the coverstock, at least I can. It just feels harder. Good Luck with your choice.

I've been considering a World Class Reactive but haven't been able to find anyone with first hand experience to give me their impressions of it. Since so many of you have Lane Masters, do any of you have experience with the World Class?

I second what Demo said. Terminator or Sting get my vote for those conditions. Terminator should handle a little more oil but the Sting has more backend. They both have decent length. If you're speed dominant perhaps the Terminator will suit you better.
