I dont if this is me or not. But when i try to created a new PM to someone and submit the PM. It shows me as the only participant even though when i created the message it showed i added another participant. Old PM messages that i reply to work but created a new one doesnt.
I tried both on PC and MAC. Tried it IE, Firefox, and Safari neither work.

It sounds like you may have exceeded the maxium number of PMs that you can have stored in the system. Try removing all your old ones and see if it lets you send a new one after.
I had this happen to me yesterday as well, and I only had 4/10 PMs in my message box at the time. I just deleted all my PMs and resent the new one, and it now shows me and the recipient as participants.

Oh yes, I forgot that the recipient can't be over the limit either.
Everyone should check their Messages and delete all old messages. That database has really gotten out of hand and we don't have a way to prune old ones automatically...yet.
