I have a *very* old Rhino Reactive that I think has been drilled poorly. I got it about 7 or 8 years ago and never played on it; I just stopped bowling.

I'm looking at a possible new ball. I have no idea if ball tech has changed since I got the Rhino. I have no idea if a 8-year old ball is still any good.

The ball I'm looking at is a Colombia Jazz.

Or maybe a Pin Navi.

Any thoughts on getting a new ball vice trying to fix the old one?

Or maybe the old ball is still good?

I misunderstood your other post, I thought you just had the rhino drilled, so you may want to see if the Pro Shop (if there is one) on base can help you. I would get the rhino plugged and fit your hand properly before moving on to another ball.

A few questions/comments:
Are these all International balls? Pin Navi is. Are they approved by USBC?

They are both light oil balls, too. Is that what you want?

Having it plugged tonight and re-drilled tomorrow.

I asked if they could take weight out of it, they say they can't. 16# kills my wrist even with a brace.

I'm having the fingertips pushed about 1/2" further out the ball. The thumb will remain in-place.

I will work with this ball till I can get to the USA to have better selection and a better Pro Shop.

Oh, I wanted to give her one last try before I had her re-drilled. Even with the poor fit, this is my score sheet:

I'd be willing to bet that a lot of the wrist pain is due to a poor fitting ball. You should notice a big difference after its plugged and redrilled to fit better.
