Here's a side view I took a few days ago. I have a newer rear view also but I need to edit it and get it loaded. I hope to be able to get it full screen also. I can tell from my older video's my game has changed a little since my last taping.

It looks like you're muscling the ball to me, in particular on the downswing. I can't really tell if you're grabbing the ball or not. Sometimes it looks like your steps vary in speed between each pitch but I think that's youtube and not you.

On a good note, I really how clean you are at the line.

Your timing looks fine, you are very balanced and have good posture throughout the shot and at the line.

From the side it looks like you are forcing the release a little, the release point looks fine, but it looks like you are grabbing up through the release instead of projecting the ball out to the break point. You can see this by the bending of your elbow after the ball is gone, if you project the ball your elbow will be straight. The best way to achieve this is to extend your fingers through the bottom of the ball through the target and to the break point like Pete Weber.

If you watch, after the ball comes off your hand, you kind of spring up a little this is a sign you are trying to hook the ball. If you just keep your wrist in a strong position through the release, and extend your fingers through the bottom of the ball through the target, the ball will hook more with less effort.

Since you are bowling at Terrace, I will assume all of those were strikes and you have little need for a spare game laugh

lol...Coach Jim. I guess there's something out that Terrrace has an easy shot. Maybe so, I havent bowling league in other houses, just tournaments. Now if you want an easy house lets say Hagerstown, Dual Lanes. Every tournament up there you need to avg around 240 to make match play.

Just poking fun at you, (when I was able to bowl) I bowled at Gaithersburg, but that place has gotten pretty easy lately too. Hagerstown is too far up in the hills for me.

Perry Hall Lanes is another one that is known for its easy shot, plenty of honor scores per a month.
