I am planning on bowling tonight, anything i should do to make sure my balls are fine? HELP!

Your balls shouldn't be harmed, but if they were full of oil, the oil will seep out. So, clean them well before you use them.

If they were sitting in there for days and you lived in Vegas or Pheonix, then you may have one. Not for one day though.

Too much heat for an extended period of time can basically dry out a ball and then it can crack. Just like extended temperatures that are too cold for a ball can cause it to crack, so can extended heat.

Like it was said before, it would take several days of very high temperatures to damage the ball. I don't know about the weather in Tennessee, but its only been in the upper 80s a few hundred miles to the east in Maryland, which translates to maybe around 120 or so in the trunk of a car which is a good temperature for extracting oil. As Dennis said, clean the balls off really good before you use them. The danger is if you try to cool the equipment down quickly it could separate the core which isn't a good thing, plus it can lead the the cover cracking.

Yeah one day of minor heat will not damage your ball; it'll just bleed some oil out.
