Is there anything in particular you need help with? Because the only thing that I see that could be off is that you pull your arm back behind your body on your first ball.

Your timing is a step early, wait an extra step before you start the ball. Instead of starting the ball on the first step, you don't have much of a push away, which is how it is getting early, start the ball on your second step. So hold the ball for the first step then start your swing.

i noticed u are walking to the side and then back to the middle, try to walk in a straight line all the way to the foul line.

Also, your are holding the ball out to the side a lot, u might wanna try to keep the ball closer to ur hips
