First off I apologize for the quality of the video lol eek... it actually looks really old, but it was taken with Cell phone video camera. But any criticism will be appreciated. thumbsup Can't wait till i get a real cam!

Things that i have changed from the last video:
  • 5 step approach
  • 5 steps in complete sync(no speed up or slow down)
  • Position of my hand on the ball(before i stayed on 5-6 O'clock,Now its@9 O'clock for more revs)
  • Moved starting positon about 2 boards left(because of more revs)
  • My left hand holding the ball's weight is kinda of like a " V " shape, (from rons tips)

I think thats about it. I read on a post a while ago about starting hand positions and wanted to try this one out for more revs. At first it was really hard maintaining the same position throughout the whole swing 9 o'clock fingers, now its alot easier. Also, i've noticed that the house I normally bowl at, the foul line sensor doesn't work. I end up with 1/3 of my foot over the foul line undecided. Next time i bowl i'll step back farther, i never took such big steps before.

Thanks for watching(old fashion video)

Question: I don't think i should be asking this because it might mess my mental game. How do you keep your hand cupped at this starting position(9)? Im pretty sure im doing it correctly

It looks like you might be trying to put too many revs on the ball, revs come from hand and wrist position, not forcing the swing. The quality of the video wasn't good enough to see your wrist position. All I could see is you forcing the swing to try to hook the ball, to your credit it is hooking pretty good, but you can get the same or more hook with much less effort, by just holding your wrist in position and letting the ball just swing from your shoulder.
