Okay I get what you're saying. I'll have to practice with it and not force the ball in the down swing because I think for the most part that's what throws my trail leg too far to the left. I'll get some video next time I'm on the lanes to see what I'm doing and keep you updated.

Video update. Nothing special I guess. I feel like I just need to get more fluid. I like the speed of my feet now though.

Hmm. Cross over your right foot in front of your first step on your second step if you want to clear the swing without pulling it away. Its the only natural way to get a fluid swing.

Just a thought.

I looks like you are having issues at the line. It looks like you are releasing the ball a little late, but that could be the camera angle. Also you look like you're standing up at the line. And that might be a result of the excessive spinal tilt that you've been having trouble with.

Amateur, this is much improved over your previous vids. Arm swing is freer. Ball is released closer to your slide foot. Your body is more square to your target. Looks like you have been practicing.

Amature, on a couple of shots your swing bumped out to the right that caused the ball to go to the left. It looked like you corrected this on the next shot, overall you look improved, try the night vision setting on the camera next time so it is not so dark, unless it is that dark because the lights are off because it is hot and they are trying to save on electricity.

This video looks much improved. The only couple things I saw were, as Jim said, the backswing bump a couple times, and it looked like that paired with an early turn on the release.

Kudos, you've really improved.

Thanks guys! Looking at the video I didn't think much improvement was made, but I will admit I was lined up during that practice. 730 for three, not bad eh?

Anyways, the spine tilt has more improvement to be made on. The swing is indeed a little more free, but I feel it could be even more so, especially on the downswing. I think that paired with the spine tilt is what causes me to raise up at the line. I will try what djRIPz suggested about putting my second step in front of my first so I can clear the swing better and keep it straight.

Here's a shot of me doing my new 4-step that I recorded during PBAX league.
