Ok so im thinking this is a stupid question but How many and/or What kind of bowling leagues are there that you can bowl in? Or does it just depend on whats at your bowling alley.

No question is a stupid question. Yes, the answer depending on what your local center offers on it's schedule. From beginner's leagues to social leagues (singles, church groups, community organizations)to more competitive scratch leagues. It depends on the level of bowling you want to compete at....you can also contact your local USBC Association office to get a listing of leagues offered in your area.

There is no rule that you have to only bowl at 1 center. Check around. A neighboring center may offer other opportunities. And, If you prefer one venue, but can't make the scheduled night, it may be offered on another night at a different House.

Generally, there are flyers of different leagues at the front desk.

there's like 20 different leagues in my house. but i could only get in 1. since i only could bowl on the weekends. dennis is right on checking around. i'm going to next year bowl in another house also. ones wood lanes and the other is synthetic. so thats a good thing to learn on.

good luck on finding one. they help out a lot. and people sometimes will help ya find one too. good luck!
