Sounds like some good changes, I'll have to make sure I check out the updated video too.

Good to read about the progress, Sam. How was the feel, having the ball aligned with your arm? Hope it helped your accuracy :-).

Well, obviously it felt a bit odd at first, but after a time it feels a bit more natural...
And some updating, I experimented around with hand weights again and filmed couple shots by trying to copy Jason Couch in few parts. He has the peak on the 4th step, as his steps are smaller than mine but yeah, thats not the main point. Soo, I made my pushaway even later, and do the first step as little slide like Jason, it feels a bit more comfortable atleast to me. So, now the "ball" is still on the backswing when I'm taking the 3rd step, and when the 4th step is about to hit the ground, the swing is on it's peak. I'm gonna do the same later pushaway when getting tomorrow on the lanes too, and see how it works out.
EDIT: A little thing to add; The stop at the peak of my swing is longer because my muscles are stretching up. It's like, that the muscle there stretches and stretches, but then it reaches the point where it can't stretch anymore and it starts going to the downswing.

I'm sorry but I can't explain it very well because english is my 4th language... And that's the thing I feel, the swing keeps stretching that 1 part of my arm till it just cant go anymore to the direction, and it starts then getting down to the downswing.

Sam, the pause at the top of the swing was so long because you were starting the ball too soon, you said you have fixed this, so the pause should be less noticeable now, don't worry about it until you see your coach again, as you may have already fixed it.
The next thing you should work on is the deceleration issue, I feel your upper body is tilted too far that is causing the ball to come down too fast which is causing your subconscious to slow it down, try not bending forward until after the ball has crossed your left hip on the back swing, then just let it fall from the top.
Another thing you might want to work on is your release, or lack there of. I would spend a few minutes doing the no step drill, just getting your hand in position and swing it back and forth a couple of times and let it go down the lane and try to get the feel of it.
Keep up the good work, post another video when you get a chance.

The reason you say this is because you open your shoulder. Your arm goes back, then you open up, and the ball goes a little further. In your vids, your shoulders are never parallel to the foul line until you release the ball. Your right points at the pins while your left is back and up.

Sam, your arm "stretching" won't keep the ball suspended in air, defying gravity the way that it does. If anything, "stretching" would have an elastic effect and pull the ball down sooner. The ball isn't suspended at the top of your swing because of any muscle "stretch".
