Last few games, I've been missing my spot about 2 boards to the right (lefty), causing high hits and splits.
What could be the cause and what can I do about it?
An ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.

There are multiple possibilities on why you are pulling the ball. A common reason is improper ball fit that causes you to grip the ball which is inconsistent. There are multiple other reasons but a good start would be to review Ron Clifton's articles found here:

Good luck getting it worked out. As always a coach is never a bad idea....

Very common reason for pulling the ball is trying to "turn" the ball too early and too much.

Another reason is not having the weight of the ball on the pad of your palm under the index finger. This is so that the weight of the ball is not already pulling your hand down and to the right and therefore your elbow goes out.

If you can change those things give them a try. If that still doesn't work, target two boards to the left of where you actually want to target. Sometimes you just have to go with what your body is doing. And then sometimes when you do this it will get you out of whatever movement is causing the "tug".

Thanks guys, unfortunately I do not have the equip. necessary to post a video, but you've helped none the less.
My theory, after much thought, is that I have been trying to get more speed and consequently, yanking the ball.
