Hi Paul. Seems like you still get good reaction with your ball. Your targeting could be helped if you keep your arm swing straighter. You pull it behind your back. Keep it straight.

Almost got that split, huh?

Man. I'm not ragging on ya but, if I tried to bowl like that, I would definately hurt myself.

Dennis is right though. You could definately use a litle less shoulder turn and keep the swing straight. Your arm swing should follow a straight line, not an arcing line.

Don't worry if you lose some reaction in the beginning. You seem to have a nice, fluid release. You'll learn to get your hand around the ball with a straight swing.

Working on your timing and footwork might be a good idea. You seem to have a lot of extra energy at the line and it's causing you to post up. It also could be a result of like the others said not having a straight or straighter swing, or both. I stuggled with the same sort of thing a little while ago and now that I fixed it up or I'm at least aware and trying it has made a big difference.

Nice reaction out of the ball though. I tried to throw the ball like that. I couldn't get it to work for me. Glad you were able to get it down.

You are getting better and better Paul, the ball is closer to your ankle now.

Next you need to stop leaning to the left so much, and let the ball swing your arm instead of you swinging the ball. Nice and easy, don't try to hook the ball so much, you have your hand in a strong position already, if you just let it swing and roll off your hand without forcing it, you will have a nice release.

Keep up the good work.
