You need to add the link to my blog from your dashboard, putting it in the "Blogroll" category...that simple. This can be done by clicking "Manage" then "Links"...there will be an "Add Link" link on the resulting page. A trick you can use is to set the _blank target, meaning the link will open in a new window (or a tab, for browsers that are set to open new windows in tabs).
