Was practicing today, and i asked the other guy i work with in the Pro Shop to record me. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on anything i need to change on my release and if im doing anything wrong. Also i was wondering if anyone could tell me what my rpms are. Thanks in advance for your help. Also these are filmed on fresh oil. Im using a Hammer Doom the layout is pin below the bridge 4 7/8 by 3 7/8 from my PAP. Surface at 4000 polish

Blitz, the biggest thing that I can see you needing to deal with is the distance from the ball to your ankle on the release, your lay down point is 8 boards away from your sliding foot, it should be no more than 6 boards, most pros are laying the ball down 5 boards away from the slide foot. If you post a video of your approach from head to toe from behind I might be able to see what is causing your release to be so far from your foot.

On the positive side of things, you have a nice release (a touch early but not bad) and very good timing.
