Good bowling Lefty, all of your games were over 200.

X%= 23 of 44 for 52.3%
XX%= 7of9 for 77.7%
Pocket % = 34 of 44 for 77.2%
Carry % = 23 of 34 for 67.6%
Power Rating = X%+XX%+C%= 197.6

Spare % = 14 of 20 for 70%
single pin /%= 11 of 12 for 91%
Split % = 1 of 4 for 25%
multi pin /% = 2 of 4 for 50%
makable /%= 13 of 16 for 81%
Actual bowler rating = Power rating + Makable /% + Split %=303.6

Good numbers all the way across the board, keep up the good bowling.

It's something I'm developing, using him as my guinea pig smile I'll release a link when it's ready, shouldn't be long now.

Back to earth last night.

After 5 weeks of being above average and bowling pretty much out of my head I shot a 481 (191, 145, 145).

The bad, after the first game I could not get strikes, it felt like there was a magnet on the head pin no matter what line I tried, had 6 splits on the night, barely missed 2 one pin spares, and picked an easy 2 pin spare for good measure.

The good, a turkey to salvage the first game, made some of the tough spares, for such a horrible night I was only 4 pins off my average from last winter, and did not completetly fall apart as I have sometimes in the past.

That is bowling for you. Just when you thing you have it figured out and it almost seems easy you get thrown for a loop. I will just have put this week behind me and do better next week.

I've been really enjoying my PBA experience league. There are only 4 teams of 2 in the league. It sucks that it is small but I've gotten to know everyone pretty well and we get together and practice a lot. I'm the youngest out of them all. 18 year old kid bowling with a bunch of 40+ year old men haha. The league has changed my game. Since joining it I became less hook happy on the THS pattern in my other league. It has vastly improved my spare game. Thank you god for learning how to throw straight at all spares. Gotta love it because it takes the Vicious PBA oil pattern s out of the picture. I'm doing pretty well for my first year. 5th week in. 174 average. My high game is a 202 but I'm sure I'll improve on that.

Well I'm happy to say that I was beat by a 9 year old LOL. It's funny because Thursday night we went out (the woman, kiddo, and I) and bowled a few games. So she tells me "why don't you just let him win". Therefore I come back with "nope sorry he's going to have to beat me fair & square". Well yesterday in our league he bowls a 145 followed by my 155. Then the second game he has only two opens for a 184, followed by my 151. I couldn't believe how well he bowled, and this adult youth league isn't going to know what hit them after we're finished with them lol. We've only lost one point so far, and I don't see us losing another one for awhile. Though it's all supposed to be for fun, I've still got that competitive streak. Now I have to figure out how to play on lanes that are burnt up.

Way to go Ample, beat up on the little kids. Opponents come in all sizes, and shapes. The name of the game is WIN.
Pretty soon, the kid's going to wup yur butt.
