Have a friend stand a couple of lanes to the right at the foul line and shoot your whole approach from head to toe so I can see your timing.

If you don't have a friend, get one, a practice buddy is more helpful than any ball you could buy. Keep an eye out for someone who practices at the same times you practice and strike up a conversation.
