I threw some more practice yesterday. The lane that I was given was bone dry. But I just wanted to get used to the Vacu-grips that I had put in. It is a little tight at first but my fingers feel really comfortable in the inserts. The guy that drilled the balls didn't lie, you definately get more finger into the ball. Also I just wanted to see when and about where my breakpoint for my Cell would be.

Saw my coach yesterday, luckily the ribs are getting better. Looking to have some more video next month when I see him again! Things went very well yesterday even though I've only bowled about eight games in the last three weeks. As usual it all depends on whether or not I can put what I learned in my lesson into league play.
