We are supposed to get that #@$ &*%$ snow on Friday AM. Anywhere from 6-10 inches of it. I used to love snow storms,..I can't stand them now that I have young daughters driving in it. At least I can bowl tonight,..but my lesson with my coach on Sat. may be in danger.

Eraser:

That is what we get for living north. We are supposed to get 3-5 inches tonight. I just looked out the window and it is coming down now.

Over here we're supposed to get "several inches of snow followed by significant icing" between now and Friday afternoon. Yay! Possibly 7+ inches of snow and 1/4" or more of ice.

Only the Great Lakes region can have a seperate name for what's considered a blizzard to anyplace else in the country, and not have it be considered more than a mere nuisance!

Just got that Storm last night... Dumped 2-8 inches in the Denver metro area in an hours time. Good times when it fricken snows here. The news said a dusting, mother nature said otherwise. LOL I'm just happy I have a Jeep! Saw five vehicles stall out on this really big hill. Had to go into the wrong lanes to get through... Good luck with the ice Storm, we don't have to deal with those fortunately!

If its bad enough, I may not have to come into work tomorrow! But if it, since I have to stay an extra hour tonight, I may be leaving an hour early anyway!

Chicago never shuts down. If it does, the mayor doesn't get re-elected (true story).
