Last Winter Season and the half there was a team in dead last and by the end of league they ended up in 3rd. They started just to win there points while other teams started to struggle to win (Including my team), so never give up who know where your end up in the end.

This summer we are 10th. We have some ground to make we about 20 points out of 1st with 4 weeks to go. We play a team above us this thursday so its time to make up some ground - hopefully if all goes our way.

Shot a 236 in game #2 last night, as we played the first place team. As a collective effort, we took 5 of 7 pts and are a few pts behind the #1 team.

Right now I'm finishing up strong, and also trying to find two gents or ladies who wish to bowl in a Thursday competitive league in Northern Virginia for fall/winter.

Shot decent tonight until I hurt my back.

Anyways, Brunswick World Championship pattern and position round. I took 6 of 8 pts. 210-218-149 for a 577

I had a fairly strong 2nd half of the season and locked up a couple awards. Last week is next week on the TOC Pattern, 50 foot oil pattern. I should like it. Hopefully my back heals up by then.

We have the viper for the final 3 weeks. Went to practice last night on that pattern, and the laneman didn't put down the shot. There were about 6 of us just rummaging around, not knowing what to do. Then someone said, let's bowl anyhow. And, most did. I took this time to just rest my back which I pulled last week.

Dennis, how right you are. I find myself being a tad more cautious when using my hand/wrist and/or knees now. Aah, to be a bowler smile

You are a walking pharmacy. If you were a horse, they would shoot you.

I guess I can post scores on here. Last night I bowled 245,234,246 for a 725.

Tonight I play a different league at another house, rolled a 236, [censored] 207 I had a split in the 9th that killed it and spare struck the 10th. Last game was 259 for a 702 series.

Tomorrow I'm subbing at yet a different house, one I haven't played at for a few months so we'll see if I can string a 700 there too!!

I went 191, 181, 208, 169 in my PBAX league tonight. That's not that bad but I wish i could just go through all 4 games with decent scores. There's alway that one or two games that keeps me down. Would have shot higher than that even but I hit my ankle twice which resulted in gutters. I forgot to look at how I'm doing for points but I'm in 4th or 5th place going into next week, which I believe is position round and then top 5 step ladder. I'm locked in but maybe depending on the points I can weasel my way into 3rd lol.
