Hello all. My name is True. I am 26 and from Fresno, CA. Since the beginning of the year, I've been bowling about 5 games every Monday night at Cedar Lanes here in Fresno. I was using the 14 lbs. house balls, but today I just bought a 15.3 lbs Black Widow Pearl. What do you guys think of this ball? I look forward to reading all the threads in this community, and improving my current average of 184.
I'd like to extend a welcome to the site as well, 2f2fLOL. As CoachJim said, the BWP is a good ball, but is probably a bit more than you are used to though.

You are spot on with your comment. I took the ball out for the first time Friday night, and my average for the night was only around 110. I've been using the two fingertip technique with the 14 lbs house balls, and now it's taking quite a lot of getting use to with the new ball. I ended up with a sore right arm and blisters around my thumb. We'll see how I do tonight with the adjustments I made.
EDIT: I forgot to say "THANKS!!!" for the warm welcome. I look forward to asking you forum members for advice.
Welcome 2f2f, Good ball choice, good luck. Your in the right place if you have any questions. There is a lot of experienced bowlers here willing to share the knowledge.
