212, 163, 213 - 588 for me last night. I spent most of the night concentrating on keeping my armswing loose as suggested in my video thread and was actually hitting very well. A few shots I had were solid but I didn't release very well and had odd leaves. Second game my leg started hurting bad and it really affected me to where I couldn't do the same thing twice. First and third games were good and I was generating like 3x more power than I was before, which was already a lot. Tonight's my sanctioned night so we'll see how I do.

Pbateson.... where do you bowl. I used to live in Marysville WA and bowled on a league out there. Not sure if it was in Mville or Everett though... Everett, WA. Evergreen Lanes.

OK, I just read the "keep the hambone in the kitchen" post. So, I apologize for using it in my above post. Please, replace my word hambone for "four bagger".
I would change it, but I can't edit it. It okay for hambone. 4 bagger is now old and no use. I didn;t made hambone when I bowl turkey in 1st game of 181.

221, 248, 181 for a 650 last night. Not sure what happened the 3rd game other than some very odd leaves for otherwise good pocket hits, and coming in barely half an inch high in the pocket and leaving a 4-6-7-9-10 (twice, once in the first game). Got screwed out of another 750 series, but my average is going up another pin or two again from 205.

Don't know what happened last night, and I don't want to talk about it. The averages on our team as of last night were, me - 196, Bowler 2 - 192, 3 - 188, and 4 - 186. Last night we bowled, Bowler 2 - 626, 3 - 475, 4 - 470, and I had 465. I have no excuses. 3 of us were just horrible. I was the worst. Missed 8, ten pins. Got 5 splits. And worst of all, I had a gutter ball on a double. I was so uncoordinated, I actually tripped on the approach twice. I only had 4 spares all night.
We lost all 3 games. We were 14-0 to start the 2nd half.

I had a simular night Dennis, I started out good, shooting a 216,(opening with a hambone ) after that the spits started coming again. I adjusted (still getting used to the new ball) and salvaged the game, but the last game ..whew! I looked up towards the end and our team had 12 splits. I finished with a 570 something. We lost 2 of 3 for the third week in a row. Not a great start to the second half, after finishing in second the first half.

Just so it's on the books forever, I had a 177 150 203 on Tuesday night. Just felt terrible. something like 13 strikes, 11 spares, and 9 opens on the night. We lost everything - they were all over before I even got up in the 10th.

Sorry to hear about the bad nights Dennis and CG :-(
Eraser - not too bad for still trying to get used to the new ball. You like it so far?
Can't wait for tonight - I am going in tonight thinking about the 194 I had on Saturday :-)
