I forgot to set my DVR, but seem to remember that there is a rebroadcast...or did I miss that too?

Its replayed Sunday at 2 pm on ESPN2. I watched it the first time through. I wouldn't want to go up against any of those ladies for money.

I caught the end, where one of the bowlers was trying to jam the ball in on a tight line, and they gave her a speed of 19.9 mph. I top out at 17mph and change myself. grin

It does seem like the top women have gotten more aggressive in the past few years, with quicker legs and bigger backswings. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention closely enough back then.

It was a good show. I thought Amy Stolz was run the step latter all the way to a win. She did capitalize on everyones mistake till she meet Barnes in the finals. Which Barnes did capitalize on her missing the 10 pin. Though was still a close game came down to the last two frames of the match.

I'm glad to see the women back on tv again. Hope to see them in womens series in the fall again i think there doing 7 shows this year should be great.

I am glad too Brandon. There are some excellent women bowlers who deserve to the chance to compete.

They need a corporate sponser to help finance a womens tour, and get it going again.

I think Amy didn't really adjust to the lane conditions in the finals. Either that or she was intimidated by the fact that the Player of the Year was watching his wife bowl against her. How many pounds were they throwing, anyway? ball

Notice that a lot of them, even on their strike balls, were "thump thump thumping" down the lane? Very high tracks, apparently...

Edit Reason: Hmm... I think that may be something else makin that noise...

Many of the fans had those blow up thumper things, that was annoying.
