i dont know if the rules are different in the states but is there any rules which state how you can release the ball during league games.
besause i have just read about Osku Palermaa and his two handed thumbless release.
can you do this in the uk?

Would you WANT to? He's admitted that it's giving him back problems and he's working on a more conventional single-handed delivery.
