I prefer to download the Rulebook to my computer each year rather than going on line each time I need to check something. I normally download from the CDE site but this year when I checked they did not have the new rulebook or at least I could not find it. Bowl.com did have the new book (2002-2003)as their search copy so I am assuming that it is out. Does anyone know if the CDE site will have the new one this year or where else I can go to download it. Thanks.
